National League of Cities has launched ELN Cities in Action: A Capacity Building Initiative, which provides unique technical assistance for 10 city governments to develop an equitable Early Childhood Action Plan in partnership with the community.

Early learning and care practitioners are vital to an Early Learning Nation. This network of support, led by Save the Children, shares best practices along with workforce, business, and leadership development opportunities to improve childcare quality in rural America.

Developed by the Center for the Study of Social Policy, the Early Learning Community Action Guide and Assessment Tool helps local leaders assess how well their community supports the healthy development of their children.

Parents and caregivers are powerful voices for children. Save the Children’s Family Engagement program organizes these advocates to secure lasting policy change that benefits young children.
