Early Childhood Equity & Justice Fellowship

This CSSP fellowship will help local leaders promote equity for children and implement anti-racist early childhood policies. Fellows will learn the skills and approach for effective policy development and advocacy.

Open to community leaders currently working and/or advocating in early childhood at the local level who are either employees or partners of organizations CSSP currently works with through EC-LINC, the Parent Leader Network (PLN), or other projects. First fellowship round will include 5 Community Leaders.

CSSP will offer a year-long fellowship to help local leaders promote equity for children and implement anti-racist early childhood policies. Fellows will learn skills, tactics, knowledge, and frameworks for effective policy development and advocacy. The fellowship will include virtual and in-person sessions with training in CSSP’s anti-racist intersectional frame; results-based leadership; and parent-organizational collaboration.
